Purposes of gem turbolinks, jbuilder and sdoc in ruby on rails

When we create any app in ruby on rails following gems are already included in Gemfile.I can't understand their purpose and need

gem 'turbolinks'

gem 'jbuilder', '~> 2.0'

gem 'sdoc', '~> 0.4.0',group: :doc

What are their purposes?
