Perform some job in rails every 1 minute for 1 hour or until some condition will be done

Help me please with one thing, I'm using sidekiq and I need to perform some job every 1 minute until some condition will be done or for 1 hour.

I found that it can be done with sidetiq but how can I stop it performing?

I'll be grateful for any help.
