Add Filtering in Redmine Monitoring and controlling Plugin

I would like to add filtering option in Redmine monitoring and controlling Plugin which is similar in issues tab.In issues tab there is an filtering option to filter project,start date,due date,assignee etc.I need same thing to be implemented in Redmine monitoring and controlling plugin.Please help me.
