http://ift.tt/IsdtVd error running rails server in local host

It was working originally, then I left it for a day or 2 went back to check it was still working and sadly it wasn't.

Now when I run rails server it looks normal as in

Ctrl -c to shutdown server

appears, but then a page of comments appear afterwards, within 5 seconds.

Here is what I'm seeing:
