Error Paysimple payment gateway integration

I am using gem 'paysimple-ruby' and require 'paysimple.rb' file in which using require 'paysimple' Paysimple.api_user = '' Paysimple.api_key = ' and when i am hitting customer = Paysimple::Customer.create({ first_name: 'John', last_name: 'Doe' }) this from console them getting given below error:
