natbib error when separate authors names with "and"

I have problem to enter reference with multiple authors in my .bib file. Not that this works good when references just have one authors. The problem appears when I insert "and" between author's names. e.e: there is no error with:

book{book,
author    = {Peter Babington}, 
title     = {The title of the work},
publisher = {The name of the publisher},
year      = 1993,
volume    = 4,
series    = 10,
address   = {The address},
edition   = 3,
month     = 7,
note      = {NY},
isbn      = {3257227892}

} But the following generates an error: book{book, author = {Peter Babington and Toto blabla}, title = {The title of the work}, publisher = {The name of the publisher}, year = 1993, volume = 4, series = 10, address = {The address}, edition = 3, month = 7, note = {NY}, isbn = {3257227892} }
