how to solve Missing `secret_token` and `secret_key_base` for 'production' environment, set these values in `config/secrets.yml`

I generate secret key from the rake secret command and paste it in to the secrets.yml file under the production: secret_key_base:<%= ENV["SECRET_KEY_BASE"] %> instead of secret key. But still i can not hit to server via REST client. It showing following error after few minutes
