How to find out how a Rails 3 app was deployed

Basically I was given access to server which has a few websites on it (both PHP and Ruby) and I need to make some changes into most of them.

I'm ok with the PHP sites, but I'm having some difficult in finding out how the Rails was one deployed (Unicorn? Brick?) so I can replicate on a separate server (I'm also tasked with segregating the servers).

Any ideas?
