.feature file of cucumber is not opening in ruby command prompt? need suggestion

.feature file of cucumber is not opening in ruby command prompt > I have install all gems, cucumber, watir, gherkin. I have created one text file and from IDE and saved it in feature folder as a .feature. when I am running on ruby command prompt with path its not opening. enter image description here
