How do i link a history of a user to the People plugin user profile

I want to link the history details of particular users to the user profile of the people plugin in redmine.I have installed Redmine people plugin.As i click on user name i will get a Activity Tab.In this Activity tab I want to display the history related only to the selected custom field(I have created a custom field->User Format). Ill create a new issue and ill select the user from the Custom field,this details must link to the activity tab of redmine people plugin so that others should come to know about the issues related to the selected custom field How do i do this.Please help
