rake aborted! ActiveRecord::RecordInvalid: Validation failed: Email can't be blank, Password can't be blank

I am getting an error while doing

heroku run rake db:seed

rake aborted! ActiveRecord::RecordInvalid: Validation failed: Email can't be blank, Password can't be blank

I am using a rails composer app with Devise gem. Any suggestions?!
