Rails 3 Cap Deploy memory issue while bundle install

I am deploying the changes with capistrano for rails 3 application.

I made some changes in gem file and deploy to the server with cap deploy command.

I got following error.

Cannot allocate memory - git cat-file -e f0316e55d6a46794e56d5e636ea838c9eaef34cb
Errno::ENOMEM

I revert the gem file for previous version and try to install it again but do not able to do it and got same error.

Please help me.
