I installed ruby on rails on my PC (windows7) and I have some missing gems so I downloaded DevKit . My problem is when I tried to install devkit, I exctracted it in a file, The extraction stop at 15% . I didn't know why I redownloaded it . I tried too many times but in vain what should I do please?
