Parent-child listing of tags in liquid

Hi I'm new to liquid and I'm struggling a lot with showing the corresponding product tags under the collection where they are assigned to. I've managed to show the corresponding tags in the sidebar but only if I paste the second snippet after the first snippet. But somehow I would like to show the tags as childs to the active collection as parent.

I know it must be simple, but I'm stuck in the dark..

In the first snippet near the end I've marked where the second snippet already works outside the <ul> list.

And the second snippet which shows the corresponding tags:
