how to share location automatically in facebook in rails?

i work with tracker app . i have latitude and longitude of user send by sensor.

i need when occur problem share location in your Facebook automatically. can every user can do that .

I explore the Facebook Graph Api Feed Api and do some hit and try but didn't get any success.
