Group the date range by week

Is there any built in function or gem where we can group a certain date range by it's week ?

for Example I have Jan 1-March 30

I would like to accurately group these dates in their corresponding group by week

Week - Jan 1-7 week - Jan 8 - 14 .. week Jan 29 - Feb 4 etc.
