How to use tick box in a same page in Ruby?

In my ruby work there is a page contains a list of user, and now I am trying to create a button like "Freeze in a bulk", then the tick box will show up in front of each row of the user in the list, then I can tick the users I want in a bulk to Froze it. Is there any method could do this? Can I do this in the same page or I have to create another new page?
