RadRails installed but Ruby and Rails related Views and Prospective missing

OS is Debian Jessie. Installed Eclipse version is 3.8.1 and 4.5.1 Install RadRails to both Eclipse and expect Ruby and Rails related View and Prospective but they are missing

Can create Rails project, can check Ruby version and invoke Rails within the Terminal window in Eclipse. Have then installed the standalone Aptana Studio 3, exactly the same problem.

Any idea what has gone wrong? Thanks in advance.
