Postgesql limits- maximum number of rows and maximum id number

I am using Postgresql 9.4.

I am inserting daily frequently 3 millions rows in a Rails 4 app.

If we leave aside the performance question of making calls and finding data inside such a table, what are

• the maximum number of rows in a postgresql 9.4 table ?

• the maximum number for the main column 'id' (it's written PK Serial on my pgadmin in the id column).
