Rubber Change Ruby_path

I'm having problem deploying on ec2 and after a couple of tentatives i saw that on rubber-ruby.yml the ruby_path is pointing to

"/usr/local/rubies/#{ruby_version}"

but the ruby on my pc is located on

ruby_path: "/Users/myname/.rbenv/versions/#{ruby_version}"

someone that use rbnev noticed this on rubber?
