multiple database connection mySQL in rails 3.2

I have the following scenario: I have two databases in different hostings. I have to put the same data in each databases , when I insert ,with my rails application, new data. My question is: Is possible in rails? I mean , i want to store the same data (maybe using just one model) in two different mySQL databases. Can you give me advice?
