cannot load such file -- twilio-ruby

I have installed twilio-ruby in my redmine server.But when I run my ruby script in redmine "custom_workflow" I get "Workflow script executable after saving the issue contains error: cannot load such file -- twilio-ruby". How can I fix it??Where exactly I must install twilio-ruby gem??
