Any service that sends checks programmatically and displays info whether they're cashed or not

I'm trying to integrate a payout check service into our ruby on rails app ... we currently use Lob.com and they're great, any other service that displays info on whether checks are cashed or not .... or maybe service that would allow us to gather this info with Lob?

P.S. - we're currently using Chase Bank.
